In the new furniture factory established in Kaunas, Fitsout established the design academy in which the company equipped a space for young talent development. Fitsout invests in the growing talent by sharing its experience and cooperating with institutions of higher education such as the Kaunas College and the Vilnius Academy of Arts. In the Design Academy, talented young people have an opportunity to implement their unique ideas taking advantage of the experience gained by the company over more than 20 years and using the innovative technologies applied in its production facility.
